Meet Sumit
MD | Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Founder & CEO
Sumit A. Sitole, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been published in numerous professional journals. Dr. Sitole earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He subsequently graduated from the Tufts University School of Medicine. After an internship at the University of Chicago, Dr. Sitole completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center. Upon the conclusion of his training in ophthalmology, he completed a two-year fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Krieger Eye Institute, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, a fellowship approved by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He then chose to relocate to Colorado to practice medicine and enjoy everything the state has to offer.
Dr. Sitole specializes in a minimally invasive approach to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelid and face. Dr. Sitole takes a holistic approach to beauty and strongly believes that function should never be compromised by aesthetics.
When not treating patients, Dr. Sitole enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He is an avid hiker and has completed climbs in the Himalayas, the Andes, and Mount Kilimanjaro. His other interests include biking, fishing, snowboarding, and golf.
Meet Neha
MD, FACS | Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Neha Patel is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery. She has been performing Oculoplastic surgery since finishing her fellowship in 2007 at Kresge Eye Institute. Dr. Patel loves practicing Oculoplastic Surgery and the chance to impact significant improvement to her patients’ lives.
Dr. Patel listens to her patients’ concerns and strongly believes in good communication and having empathy for all patients. She is the daughter of two physicians who practiced in rural Missouri. She completed undergraduate and medical school and the University of Missouri early and was able to complete a Neuroscience research year in London before ophthalmology residency. In 2006, Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Chicago Ophthalmology program and immediately began her Oculoplastic fellowship in Detroit at the Kresge Eye Institute. She became co-director of the Oculoplastic department and Director of medical student education at Loyola University and was awarded the teaching award in 2008 for her work with Ophthalmology residents.
When not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She is an avid hiker and enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and listening to music.
Allison Thoms
Allison earned her Medical Esthetician license from Stacy James Institute in 2022, where she specialized in corrective skincare services including microneedling and laser treatments. She continued her education at the Aesthetic Medical Laser Academy and holds multiple advanced certifications, including microneedling/microdermabrasion, chemical peels, hydro & oxygen facials, and radiofrequency treatments.
Passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin, she is always looking for ways to grow in her craft and stay up to date on the latest advancements in aesthetics. She has worked with a variety of medical-grade skincare brands and brings extensive product knowledge, especially in Alastin and iS Clinical, allowing her to create customized regimens that support long-term skin health and results. Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, she prioritizes both client comfort and meaningful, personalized care at every visit.
She works closely with Drs. Sitole and Patel to develop effective treatment plans that address each patient’s individual skin concerns through a combination of in-office treatments and at-home skincare, including comprehensive pre- and post-surgical support.
Outside of work, she loves paddleboarding, painting, relaxing, and spending time with friends.
Amy M. Ochoa
Amy M. Ochoa has worked closely with Dr. Sitole since 2018 and Dr. Patel since 2022. Amy manages practice operations, counsels surgical and aesthetic patients, and performs non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments.
Amy grew up in Illinois where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She went on to attend Colorado State University where she received her Master's degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration.
After spending nearly 10 years in the oculoplastic and aesthetic industry, she furthered her clinical aesthetic training, by attending the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics where she became a Licensed Esthetician. After her medical esthetician training, Amy completed the Rocky Mountain Laser College program and became a Certified Laser Specialist. Further, Amy is a licensed Surgical Assistant and assists in minor and major procedures with both Dr. Sitole and Dr. Patel.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She is a dedicated yogi and loves traveling to explore new places.
